Hi! I’m Amanda, a mom of two and Massage Therapist loving life here in Cochrane, Alberta.
I am a graduate of Vicars School of Massage Therapy and am currently working out of the Riverside Sports Therapy + ProActive Health clinics here is Cochrane.
I am very client focused as my goal is to help YOU move + feel better. I offer therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, myofascial cupping, Rapid NFR, IASTM (ask me what that is), education, movement and laughter.
My philosophy is simple: Human First. This means that I will treat you based on your needs at the time of your massage, nothing is ever routine! I believe in an approach that is nervous system based and I strive to continue to educate myself, to a fault.
Superb massage by Amanda! My low back and hips were really tight and she balanced working out the knots with just the right amount of pressure. Definitely recommend getting a massage by Amanda
